Kim Chrisco’s boss, Brant Perkins, will be speaking to us on Tuesday, September 16 at 5:30 p.m. in the Courthouse Annex 4th Floor Jury Room on Estate Planning & Corporate Entities.
We will be having our regular monthly meeting that day at noon, and legal ed in the evening this month.

The next Legal Ed will be presented by Ron Hunter. Charlie Patterson will host at her home located at 703 James Street in Harrisburg. Click here to see directions from courthouse to Charlie’s house.
A planning meeting for the Anniversary Celebration will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2007, at 5:15pm in the jury room at the courthouse annex. BE THERE if you want to have an input on what activities we will be having at the celebration.
Our next regular business meeting will be August 21, 2007.
CLE Lunch

Thursday, June 14 is the date of the next legal ed lunch which will be held in the jury room on the 4th floor of the Courthouse Annex. Sharon Davis, PLS, will do a presentation on New Rules & Regulations for Notaries Public. Please contact Joyce Morgan regarding the June Legal Ed Brown Bag Lunch.
Joyce has also created a schedule for the monthly legal ed lunches; please contact her to find out which month is yours to plan this year.
Our next business meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 19.

At the 2007 Annual Meeting held this past weekend in Eureka Springs, Michelle Grilletta, PLS, was installed as the incoming AALS President. Andrea Hicks, PLS, was installed as the incoming Immediate Past President. Belinda Penn, PLS, was your outgoing Immediate Past President.
NEALSP won the History Book Award (yay, Wyvetta!) and the Publication Award.
I am working on putting everyone’s photos that I have received in our photo galleries.
Thanks very much to all members who came and were there when Wyvetta presented me with the History Book. It meant a lot to me! I will bring the AWARD WINNING History Book to our next meeting.
Speaking of – remember, no meeting next Tuesday. It is postponed until THURSDAY, MAY 17 AT 5:15 in the jury room.
